Online Ordering

Order online with your credit card via our newly renovated online store featuring graduated, flat-rate shipping to the U.S. and Canada.

Phone and Fax Orders

• Phone: We're open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:00pm MST for phone orders: 520-459-4802. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept COD orders from businesses within the U.S. for an additional fee. (COD service is not available to individuals/residential addresses.)
   
• Fax: Fax your order to 520-459-0623. Orders received by noon Mountain Standard Time on business days are shipped same day; after noon or on weekends ship next business day.

Return Policy

If you need to return a product, contact us at sales@seetron.com or phone 520-459-4802. You may return any product for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition (may be unpackaged but not used, damaged or modified), packed safely in original or equivalent packaging, and shipped (not mailed) to:

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Use UPS, Fedex or another reliable carrier that offers package tracking service.

Warranty Repair/Replacement Policy

Scott Edwards Electronics, Inc. warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Return the product with a description of the problem. We will return your product or its replacement via standard shipping.

Note: Abusing the product by subjecting it to conditions outside specified limits, or attempting to repair or modify the product, voids this warranty.

Liability

Other than the repair/replacement policy outlined above, Scott Edwards Electronics Inc. gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall the liability of Scott Edwards Electronics Inc. exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall Scott Edwards Electronics Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Products sold by Scott Edwards Electronics, Inc. are not authorized for use in critical medical, life-support, or life-saving devices or applications.
